We are excited to co-host yet another fantastic event. On the agenda: Summer Cheese and Wine Pairings!

With summer shining around the corner, it's time to think outdoor gatherings, light wines, and simple dinners. One of the most decadent cheeses around when made in your own kitchen - ricotta - is a perfect addition to your next summer party. And it's so easy!

In this class you'll have the opportunity to watch Kirstin make rich whole-milk and cream ricotta, and ask any questions you may have about this delectable treat. Open discussion is highly encouraged and informative. After the cheesemaking demo, Kirstin will show you how to make 3 easy party apps with homemade ricotta that'll leave your guests charmed and impressed. Guests will make apps like black pepper-honey and sage crostini, and sit down to enjoy them alongside a summer wine and cheese pairing, and of course some great company.
