Join us for a guided tour of Champagne with co-owner Michael Guerra Certified Sommelier, CSW, IWP, IWS. The tasting will include 5 unique styles all paired with appropriate foods. Specific wines will be chosen based on availability and announced 2 weeks prior to the event.

The pairings will be:

NV Veuve Fourny “Grande Reserve” Brut with Osetra caviar and creme fraiche on a crostino.

NV Hure Freres “L’Invitation” Brut Reserve with wild mushroom ravioli.

NV Veuve Fourny Premier Cru Brut Rose with Nova Scotia salmon, mascarpone cream, and capers.

2008 Pierre Gimmonet “Fleuron” Premier Cru Brut Blanc de Blancs with “Secret Recipe” fried chicken.

Extra Dry Champagne with cannoli.

September 5th from 6-8PM

This is a seated tasting event, reservations with a credit card are required. Cancellations made with less than a 48 hour advance notice will incur a $50 fee per person. When you make your reservation please enter “Champagne” in the notes.
