Enoteca is teaming up with Trifecta Cooks for a 7 course Modern Japanese dinner with wine pairings! This trio of young chefs originally met in the ultra competitive Morimoto of Napa, going on to help open Village Sake in Marin. Now based in San Jose, they are crafting some impressive arrays of tapas style sushi and small plates blending traditional techniques and modern flavors. We are thrilled to be bringing their exciting cooking to Enoteca with this special paired meal. This is an event you don't want to miss!

The evening will be a formal, seated event with only 25 tickets available. The meal will commence at 6pm and last until about 9pm. All wines will be available at a discounted price the night of the event. Here's a look at the menu:
