Please join your ELS famiglia for the second installment of our cheese classes featuring Kirstin Jackson! Kirstin Jackson is a cheese and wine writer, consultant, teacher and author of "It's Not You, It's Brie: Unwrapping America’s Unique Culture of Cheese." We are excited to co-host the first, of what we are sure will be many, interactive & hands-on cheese-making classes. First up: Mozzarella & Burrata!

This fun-filled and educational 3-hour class will be a fully immersive experience. Throughout the afternoon, we will be celebrating the wonderful realm of cheeses while discussing our very own mozzarella & burrata dishes here at ELS, and discovering fun facts about the curd-world. All while getting your hands "dirty" making your own delicious Italian cheeses and washing it down with delicious wine pairings! All necessary materials will be provided, so all you need to do is show up. Your family will thank you for bringing your handmade cheese home - if the cheese makes it that far!
