Usually these outstanding wines will benefit from extended aeration or, better yet, some time in the cellar to reach their optimum drinking potential.
As part of your monthly provisions, we’ll also give you “the Story” (we’re not called Enoteca La Storia for nothing!) of each wine - the winery background and history, info about the winemaker, the grape varietal, the winemaking process, tasting notes, pairing suggestions and reviews – everything you need to get the most out of your all future wine drinking adventures!
