The Sale of Alcoholic Beverages
Enoteca La Storia does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. By using this site you swear and affirm that you are over the age of 21. Enoteca La Storia makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 21. By using this site you are acknowledging that the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from Enoteca La Storia is over the age of 21. All packages are required to have an Adult Signature in order to be delivered.

You also agree that any alcohol purchased from Enoteca La Storia is intended for personal consumption and not for resale. If you do not agree with these conditions of use please do not use this site. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the age of 21 Enoteca La Storia will prosecute you to the full extent allowable by law.

Pricing/Typographical Errors
All prices are net, subject to stock on hand, and refer to 750 ml bottles unless otherwise indicated. All orders are subject to our acceptance and we may refuse any order at our discretion. Sparkling wines weigh more, and as such, a small shipping surcharge MAY be added to your order.

Although it rarely happens, we would like to state that prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

In the event that Enoteca La Storia product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Enoteca La Storia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Enoteca La Storia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Enoteca La Storia shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect or charged price.

Return Policy
At Enoteca La Storia, your satisfaction is very important to us. We are committed to delivering your product in excellent condition and in a timely manner. Order processing time is contingent upon credit card authorization, and does not include weekends or holidays.

If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date by calling 408 625 7272, or by emailing us at info@enotecalastoria.com Please have your invoice number ready or reference your invoice number in your email. We would like the opportunity to correct the situation.

Returns and Shipping Charges
Returns for refund will be processed less the original shipping and handling charges, and return shipping and handling charges.

Merchandise Damaged in Shipping
It is unusual to receive a damaged product from Enoteca La Storia. However, in the event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date by calling 408 625 7272, or by emailing us at info@enotecalastoria.com. Please have your invoice number ready or reference your invoice number in your email. We may require you to return any unopened bottles to us for quality control information and will determine this once contacted. At our discretion we may offer a replacement, a discount, a refund or an account credit to be used for a later purchase.

Purchasing Older Wines
On older vintages, we make every effort to secure wines that are in top condition, and we do not accept questionable goods. For wines that are five years old or older, it is the industry standard and the policy of Enoteca La Storia that such wines are purchased at the buyer's risk, as we cannot guarantee the condition of such wines.

Writing Reviews/Posting on Our Website
If you choose to write a review or post a profile on this website, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums nor for any unsolicited messages you may receive as a result of disclosing said personal information.
